The event began at the Clayton Hotel and featured interactive workshops for internal staff from various alcohol brands. In the evening, the event moved to The George IV pub where a Burns Night themed evening was hosted.

Duties involved set dressing the five function rooms and the foyer at the Clayton Hotel. The main focus was on the nautical themed foyer at the Clayton Hotel and the traditional Scottish themed function room at The George IV pub.
